I need to water the garden today, but I just can't make up my mind which watering can to use....

I love the watering cans. How old are they?

fill them all, and then use them one by one ... that is my method

Becca, I don't really know the age of the cans, but I do know that the one in the centre was my Mom's can. I used to water with that one when I was just a little gardener.

It is at my sister's farm now, but whenever I see it, it brings back great memories.

They really do make a good subject.

You know I also really like that photo of cans in the greetings card portfolio

I have a few of these myself. I just haven't found the right spot in the garden to put them.

Great picture of the watering cans. My grandma would let me "water" with a little silver teapot (creamer). That always brings good memories to mind.

They all look like 1940s/50s ... I loved watering with Mother's watering cans.

They have such wonderful personalities.

Love the photo, I have a few old ones too. I would grab which ever one struck my fancy! Love the B and W! Sets the mood well, and it is nice to photograph things you love and remember as a child:)
